About Johanna

For me, real estate has always been about more than property. It is about people, timing and understanding what truly matters.

Originally from Finland, I have spent a significant part of my life on the Costa del Sol and know the coast not only as a property market, but as a place to live.

Based in Marbella, I work with clients and properties across the coast from Málaga to Estepona.

Before moving into real estate, I built my career in sales and leadership, including working as a Sales Director in the technology sector.

Today, with around 20 years of sales experience behind me, I bring that commercial understanding, determination and negotiation experience to every property transaction.

My approach is personal and straightforward.
I listen carefully, ask the right questions and take the time to understand what my clients actually want — whether they are searching for a permanent home, a second residence, an investment or preparing to sell their property.

I believe good representation means being present from the first conversation to the final signature — and knowing when to negotiate, when to push and when to simply listen.

Many of my clients stay in touch long after the keys have been handed over.

For me, that is one of the best measures of a job well done.
